The courses, delivered remotely, are aimed at students who have completed their secondary education at the IEM.

The program focuses on:

  • The in-depth study of Spanish and Hispanic literature

  • Exploring the history and significant events of the Hispanic world

This course offers students a deeper immersion in Spanish-speaking culture, strengthening their language proficiency and understanding of historical and literary contexts.

  🌟 Secondary education (1st to 4th secondary)

In secondary school, learning Spanish is enriched with cultural references through literature, geography and the history of Spain and the Spanish-speaking world.

The main objective is to deepen and perfect:

  • Oral and written expression

  • Understanding and analyzing texts

  • Correct use of language in various contexts

The courses are designed to capture the interest of teenagers through interactive projects and discussions on current topics, thus fostering their engagement and curiosity about the Spanish language and culture.

🌟 Primary education (grades 1 to 6)

Learning Spanish is structured by levels and includes references to the different regions of the Spanish-speaking world.

From 1st to 3rd year
The main objective is to acquire the basics of the Spanish language. Students gradually develop:

  • Oral expression and comprehension

  • Reading and writing

  • The first notions of spelling

Teaching is based on a variety of educational activities, promoting verbal communication and an introduction to writing rules. Classes are dynamic and interactive to encourage active student participation.

From 4th to 6th grade
The educational approach emphasizes:

  • Strengthening oral expression

  • Vocabulary enrichment

  • Improving writing

Classes focus on artistic themes and topics tailored to students' interests to stimulate their curiosity and engagement.

Learning takes place through exchanges of opinions, oral presentations and activities in pairs or individually.

🌟 Native language - Preschool (3 to 5 years old)


A fun introduction to Spanish for toddlers
Mother tongue classes for children aged 3 to 5 are organized into three levels (preschool 3, 4 and 5), depending on the children's age.

Introduction to Spanish is done in a fun and interactive way through:
🎮 Educational games and songs
📚 Introduction to syllables and reading
🤸‍♂️ Adapted psychomotor activities


Solid and fun foundations
Children discover the basics of the language while having fun with:

  • Stories, songs, videos and activity sheets

  • Learning greetings, numbers, colors, sizes, seasons, and much more
     

A progressive linguistic development

In addition, graphomotor exercises help develop writing skills, preparing children for the next levels. All of this learning takes place in a stimulating and supportive environment, ideal for their language development.

A program dedicated to Spanish-speaking children and adolescents
Native language courses are aimed at children and adolescents growing up in a Spanish-speaking environment.

🎯 Main objective: Ensure advanced mastery of Spanish while promoting intercultural enrichment.
